About us

“New Zealand is small enough that everyone knows someone. The right community here opens doors that take years to find alone.”

Side Hustles NZ started with a simple observation: thousands of Kiwis are building something after hours - a service, a product, a small idea with legs - and almost all of them are doing it alone, guessing at pricing, tax and where the first customer comes from.

So we built the thing we wished existed. One membership, no tiers: a private community of Kiwis building the same thing, done-for-you templates written for New Zealand, step-by-step training, practical business playbooks and handpicked tools and member perks.

Everything here is local. Our masterclasses are with New Zealand business owners walking through their real numbers and real mistakes, not recycled overseas advice.

What we are building is a crew: people who share what actually worked, answer the awkward money questions honestly, and stay in it with you as the side hustle turns into the main thing.

55,000 Kiwis,
already here.

Side Hustles NZ started as a free space for New Zealanders building something on the side, and it's grown to 55,000 of them: tradies, designers, bakers, bookkeepers and people still deciding. The membership is the paid room inside that community, where the work actually gets done.
